How difficult will it be for you to get the walls painted properly in light of all the writing on the walls.
That's a good question Eric. Doing excellent work takes a lot of effort, but graffiti on walls done with a permanent marker compounds the problem. We must use special primers, sometimes two or more coats in order to properly prepare the sheetrock for paint. Otherwise there will be bleed through to finish paint, where you will still see the writing on the wall.
